SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders. Please allow 24 hours to process your order. You will receive an email confirming your order.

Some items may take longer to produce than others, so shipping times vary anywhere between 5-15 working days, so be advised that multiple item orders may be shipped individually.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking.

REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS

IMPORTANT: Please note that personalised items are made uniquely for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these products. Kindly double-check any custom details, such as names or text, as we can’t be responsible for errors like misspellings once the order is placed. Thank you for your understanding!

*Refunds or replacements are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind*

We accept refund or replacements requests on non personalised items, within 14 days of receiving the item, if the item is unused or unworn, and in its original condition, with original packaging.

In the event of a damaged product or manufacturing error, please email us as soon as possible at info@finalcallmerch.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order to you as quickly as possible.
